Huatai Group's 15T/D Jasmine & Rose Extraction Line Commences Operation, Empowering Xishuangbanna's "Fragrance Economy"

Xishuangbanna, Yunnan – Yunnan Dixiang Group recently marked a significant milestone in its industrial upgrade with the successful commissioning of a fully integrated 15-ton-per-day (15T/D) jasmine and rose extraction production line. Designed, manufactured, and built by Huatai Intelligent Equipment Group, the line achieved a smooth first trial run with all performance indicators meeting client satisfaction.

This project fills a critical gap in China's jasmine deep processing sector by establishing the nation's first fully intelligent, end-to-end production process. It represents a crucial step forward for Xishuangbanna in its pursuit of becoming a "global hub for the fragrance industry." As a benchmark project bridging traditional agriculture and high-end manufacturing, this production line will catalyze the transformation of the local jasmine industry from raw material supply towards high-value-added deep processing, injecting new momentum into the region's high-quality economic development.

Located at 21° north latitude, Xishuangbanna boasts exceptional natural advantages: a year-round average temperature of 21°C, 1200mm of annual rainfall, and a diverse vertical ecological structure. This environment nurtures the world's finest jasmine varieties. Data shows the local flower oil yield reaches 0.32% – 40% higher than traditional production areas – with aromatic alcohol content exceeding 28%. Both oil yield and fragrance concentration rank among the highest nationally, making it a scarce resource highly sought after in the international premium spice market. However, long-term reliance on traditional batch tank extraction resulted in low efficiency, significant loss of active ingredients, difficulty in enhancing product value, and confinement of the industry scale to primary processing stages, failing to fully unlock the resource's potential.

The newly operational extraction line from Huatai integrates cutting-edge technologies for high-efficiency extraction, intelligent control, and green production, featuring multiple proprietary core technologies developed by Huatai. It enables precise and efficient extraction of esters and aromatic alcohols from jasmine, ensuring high product purity and stability.
