Huatai Group Ships 15T/D Jasmine Extraction Equipment to Xishuangbanna, China

Recently, the 15T/D jasmine extraction equipment, developed, designed, and manufactured by Huatai Intelligent Equipment Group, was officially shipped to Xishuangbanna, Yunnan. This marks the first entry of a national-level "Little Giant" specialized and sophisticated enterprise into the deep processing sector of jasmine flowers. The equipment integrates efficient extraction, intelligent control, and green production, helping Xishuangbanna build a high-quality jasmine essential oil and aromatic extraction industry chain, extending local agricultural resources into high-value sectors and injecting new momentum into regional economic development.

The delivered jasmine extraction equipment incorporates multiple core technologies independently developed by Huatai. It efficiently and precisely extracts esters and aromatic alcohols from jasmine flowers, ensuring high purity and stability of the final product. Departing from traditional batch extraction methods, the system employs advanced continuous extraction equipment, solvent removal systems, oil-water separation devices, multi-stage continuous film evaporation, precision filtration, and low-temperature concentration technologies. These innovations maximize the preservation of natural floral aroma compounds' bioactivity, ensuring both product quality and export requirements. According to project manager Yan Feng, the equipment is also embedded with IoT modules, allowing real-time monitoring of temperature, pressure, and other key parameters to ensure full control and traceability throughout production, aligning with contemporary green manufacturing trends.

Xishuangbanna, as a key jasmine production hub in China, benefits from its unique tropical climate and diverse ecological conditions, yielding superior jasmine raw materials. Its fresh flower oil yield and fragrance intensity rank among the highest in the country. However, local processing has long faced technical limitations and product diversification challenges. The completion of this project is expected to significantly boost the annual production capacity of jasmine essential oil while also driving derivative product development. Industry experts suggest that this technological advancement could reshape the domestic jasmine industry landscape and help Xishuangbanna emerge as an internationally recognized "Oriental Fragrance Capital."
