Huatai Group Delivers Tailor-Made 100TPD Palm Oil Fractionation Plant to Pakistan

Recently,the custom-designed 100 Tons Per Day (TPD) palm oil fractionation equipment, tailored for a Pakistani client by Henan Huatai Intelligent Equipment Group, has completed production and been shipped from China. This milestone marks a new phase of cooperation between China and Pakistan in the edible oil processing sector.

As part of Huatai's strategy to deepen its international market presence, this equipment export not only showcases the technical prowess of China's high-end manufacturing but will also inject strong momentum into the upgrade of Pakistan's edible oil industry. It will help Pakistan build a more internationally competitive modern industrial chain.

Pakistan, a major palm oil consumer in South Asia, experiences steadily rising annual consumption. Palm oil is widely used locally in food processing, daily chemical manufacturing, and bioenergy. However, constrained by limitations in domestic processing technology, the country has long relied on imported refined palm oil products, exhibiting a significant gap in advanced fractionation technology.

The implementation of Huatai's 100TPD palm oil fractionation project will fill this technological void. By enhancing local capabilities in deep palm oil processing, it will meet the market's differentiated demand for high-quality palm stearin and palm olein. This project will drive the industry's transformation from "rough processing" to "high-value-added manufacturing," holding profound significance for Pakistan's economic development.

The exported fractionation equipment incorporates multiple core patented technologies from Huatai Group. Its technical advantages are highlighted by its efficient separation of palm stearin and olein, leveraging in-depth research on the melting point differences of palm oil triglycerides. The equipment achieves precise fractionation with high product purity and yield rates reaching internationally leading levels. This effectively meets the raw material requirements of diverse sectors like food and chemicals, significantly reduces manual intervention, boosts production efficiency, and ensures consistent, stable product quality.
